Hello! I'm the author of Ash in Our Bones and Grandpa, Airavata, and Me.

I have traveled far—
in years and in miles—
gathering a suitcase full of stories.

I have walked many roads,
but none more important
than the one that led here…
to you.

My pride is not in my own steps,
but in the bright, confident strides
of the generations of Aroras
who follow.

These books and this website are my gift to you:
a map of memory,
drawn in fire and ash,
so you will always know—

where you began,
and how far you can go.

Someday, perhaps, you'll wonder who I was.

That will be enough.
